These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions applicable to access to aduanaba.us (the “Website”) and purchases placed directly with Aduanaba through the Website. “Aduanaba,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business providing the Website and related ordering services (collectively, the “Services”). “You” and “your” refer to the individual using the Services or the entity on whose behalf that individual is authorized to act. An “Order” means a purchase submitted through the Services. Please read these Terms before submitting an Order.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current Order and contact information and for using a payment method that you are lawfully authorized to use. You must have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or act with appropriate parent or guardian authorization.
You must not submit fraudulent Orders, disrupt or impair the Website, attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or submit unlawful or abusive material through the Services. If you use an account, protect your login credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Before submitting payment, you are responsible for reviewing product selections, customization instructions, fulfillment details, and the total amount payable. Prices, applicable taxes, and fees are shown during ordering. Available products and customization options may change. A later price change does not alter an already accepted order.
Orders depend on availability and our ability to fulfill them. If an item is unavailable or a material pricing error affects an order, we will contact you about an alternative or cancellation and refund payments for items we cannot supply. Any increase to a price arising from correction of an error requires your agreement before the additional amount is charged.
Our drinks are freshly prepared. Appearance, color, and presentation may vary from photographs. Product descriptions explain the intended ingredients and flavor profile; photographs are illustrative.
Sugar, ice, milk, spice, and topping adjustments are available where offered for the selected drink. Choosing no added sugar does not mean a drink contains no sugar. Fruit, milk, Greek yogurt, Yakult, syrups, and toppings may already contain sugar.
Depending on the recipe, drinks may contain dairy milk, Greek yogurt, Yakult, or other ingredients containing allergens. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, contact the store before ordering to confirm ingredients and whether your request can be accommodated.
Choosing plant-based milk does not automatically make the entire drink dairy-free or vegan. Omission of a specified ingredient must not be interpreted as a representation that the product or preparation environment is free from that allergen. Ingredient substitutions and customization options are subject to availability and confirmation by the store.
Preparation and delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Follow the fulfillment instructions provided with your order and contact us promptly if there is a problem.
Changes, cancellations, replacements, and refunds are handled under Aduanaba’s Refund Policy. Orders placed through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s applicable ordering and payment terms.
Catering quantities, timing, service requirements, payment schedules, and any separate cancellation conditions must be confirmed in writing. Any agreed catering terms supplement these terms for that order.
Submitting a Partner With Us or franchise inquiry does not create a partnership, franchise relationship, investment agreement, or permission to use Aduanaba’s branding or recipes. Such arrangements require a separate agreement.
Aduanaba’s original branding and website content belong to Aduanaba or their respective owners. You may view the website for personal use. Commercial reproduction or reuse of protected materials requires appropriate permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Links to external websites and services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Although Aduanaba endeavors to maintain accurate Website information and reliable access, the Services may be affected by errors, interruptions, maintenance, or other technical limitations. Contact us about an order affected by a website problem so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Aduanaba’s Refund Policy governs the handling of cancellation and refund requests, and its Privacy Policy describes personal-information practices. Separately agreed written catering terms govern the specific matters they expressly address for the relevant catering Order. No provision of these Terms is intended to waive a right or remedy, excuse a duty, or exclude liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter accepted orders. If a provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be ineffective only to the extent of that determination, and the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
